Misión

Este es un proyecto basado principalmente en hacer que las personas aprovechen al máximo las infinitas bondades que les otorga la potencia intelectual del alma .Ya sea desde exposiciones de los más sencillos y complicados principios o aplicaciones tecnológicas hasta demostraciones de arte y humor, nuestro objetivo es que la gente vea desde otro punto de vista los proyectos y diseños con los que en tu hogar y comunidad diariamente interactúas pero que pocas veces le prestas atención a su constitución.Y lo mejor de todo es que estos proyectos son realizados por la juventud, demostrando que el conocimiento no necesariamente llega con los años, sino cuando se tiene la suficiente decisión de querer adquirirlos. En conclusión: desde algo tan sencillo como un bombillo o un interruptor hasta un brazo robótico o una conexión eléctrica se unirán este día bajo una sola función ''enseñar''; elevar tu mente y tu imaginación a otros niveles, en los cuales los problemas se tomaran como una oportunidad más para superar tus expectativas y hacer valer tus conocimientos. Claro que esto será un comienzo...

Visión

Estamos en una empresa por nosotros diseñada en la cual haremos que la gente aproveche mejor sus potenciales de expositor, logrando así que desarrollen capacidades fuera de sus expectativas y puedan desenvolverse más eficientemente en un ambiente laboral o de la vida cotidiana. Ya sea con campañas escolares y empresariales le daremos otra perspectiva a la vida y al saber, haremos que aprovechen al máximo su tiempo y por supuesto abriremos sus mentes en busca de la felicidad.

Justificación
A través de los años, el ser humano ha buscado dilucidar una de las mayores incógnitas acerca de si mismo: el verdadero poder que reside en su mente, y el papel que juega en el logro del éxito y la felicidad. Lo cierto es que todos somos genios en potencia y podemos lograr mucho más de lo que lo que hasta ahora hemos sido capaces. Queremos ser felices y tener éxito en la vida, pero buscamos, infructuosamente fuera de nosotros algo que siempre ha estado en nuestro interior: el secreto para vivir una vida plena y feliz. Todo lo que necesitamos es preguntar y escuchar la voz de nuestro subconsciente .En ''la octava maravilla del mundo, tu mente'' queremos brindarte ayudas para que aproveches mejor el poder de tu mente y la lleves por el sendero del aprendizaje, para que logres tus metas, pero solo de ti depende que te sirva de algo nuestras enseñanzas, ya que lo que la mente pude concebir y creer, lo puede lograr.

Objetivo: dar a conocer a los integrantes las funciones que debían asumir en este importante proyecto, objetivos y características de las mismo

Desarrollo: se definieron para los integrantes las siguientes funciones:

Organizador y logística: Juan Pablo Jiménez Jaramillo.
Académico y social: David Alejandro Agudelo

Entre los dos nos encargaremos de la comunicación.Cada sud equipó revolverá las actividades propuestas en el proyecto de feria de ciencia

Tema: Desarrollo del trabajo

Objetivo: Dar a conocer a los demás grupos las actividades a desarrollar y hacer la solución a cada una de ellas.

Desarrollo: El organizador informo que el monto y el presupuesto para hacer el proyecto eran de 100 millones de pesos y que la contraseña de la caja menor era 2357 luego se hizo el listado de las empresas a contactar para patrocinio se definieron las siguientes:

· HACEB.
· IMUSA.
· ÉXITO.
· COCACOLA.
· APOLO.
· COMFAMA

También el organizador dio al equipo de comunicaciones los objetivos del evento los cuales eran llenar el 85% de la capacidad total del colegio que era de 2.000 personas, contactar a los patrocinadores para preguntarles con que iban a colaborar y los eventos, las campañas y la publicidad que habían de organizar ; que asistan diferentes personajes invitados como escritores, artistas y conferenciantes; Y por supuesto dejar marcado en las mentes de los jóvenes y adultos muchas enseñanzas para su vida y recibir buenas críticas de los mismos.También se recogieron los correos de los integrantes del equipo para siguientes reuniones.

Tareas asignadas: Para la próxima reunión el organizador prometió que iba a dar el dinero correspondiente a cada equipo, para ello les ordeno hacer la cuenta de los gastos que necesitarían hacer en una carta que seria mandada al mismo, para después subirla al blog.

La presente para hacerle el informe del dinero necesario para cumplir a cabalidad nuestras funciones, las cuales aportan avances indispensables para el funcionamiento de toda nuestra labor en general, esperamos su comprensión.empezaremos hablando de los recordatorios que necesitamos adquirir para los asistentes al evento, como se nos informo que lo esperado eran 2.000 personas necesitamos hacer 8 porciento más o sea 2.160 recordatorios los cuales también servirán como boletas de entrada; habrán de 4 tipos distintos y las cantidades de cada uno son las siguientes:

Tipo 1: 540 (1/4)
Tipo 2: 432 (1/5)
Tipo 3: 810 (3/8)
Tipo 4: 378 (el resto)

Averiguamos los precios y lo mas económico que encontramos fue 4.550 .000 (animación e impresión a color)

Continuación del proyecto.

Tema: entrega de presupuesto a cada equipo.

Objetivo: entregar a cada miembro el porcentaje requerido para la realización de funciones.

Desarrollo: De los 100 millones disponible para el proyecto el organizador puso al control del equipo de comunicaciones 30 de los mismos; para el equipo académico le fueron otorgados 20 millones, al equipo social 20 millones y otros gastos como trabajadores, equipos, implementos de aseo y demás 15 millones. Con el resto del dinero se pagaron los honorarios de nuestra empresa (EVENTOS PUBLICOS S.A)

También se definió un premio de 5.000.000 de pesos para el equipo con el mejor proyecto y uno de 2.000.000 para el segundo y 1.000.000 para el tercero.El equipo de comunicaciones como lo había prometido se contacto con los patrocinadores para los patrocinios y la publicidad que exigían montar y le informaron lo siguiente:

APOLO: donara 5.000.000 para algún improvisto que ocurra.
HACEB: financiara los estantes para los expositores por un costo de 3.000.000
IMUSA: aportara los gastos para hacer la campaña de promoción del evento.
COCACOLA Y EXITO: Donara los refrigerios para los expositores y demás persona.
COMFAMA: se encargaran de pagar una campaña por radio en la que anuncien el evento

Tareas pendientes: Los equipos que necesitan hacer lo del papeleo deberán mandar un borrador al organizador y al resto del equipo, donde hagan el diseño y las ideas concretas para después establecer su corrección.
